the vicinity on a line to be approved by the

Director of Public Works.

(i). The lessee to pay, on demand, the sum of 825.00

for boundary stones which will be supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works. (j). The lessee to pay, on demand, to the Land Officer

the sum of £30.00 for the Crown Lease which will

be issued when the foregoing conditions have been complied with.

(k). In the event of the land being resumed by Govern-

-ment compensation will be paid for buildings only

and not for the land.
